On Oct. 25-27, freshman Andrew Barth, junior Brandon Eng and senior Eric Miller traveled to the University of Maryland to compete in the state championship.
Rough conditions played a large role in the outcome of the tournament and contributed to overall poor scores. Miller shot a 158, Eng a 157 and Barth tied for 15th place with a 153.
This was Miller’s last match, who has been on the team all four years.
“I made a lot of friends over the years on my team and other teams that I am going to miss,” says Miller. “I’m also going to miss my coach Carl O’Donegue who always brought out the best of his players and made all my years on the team enjoyable.”
