The softball team (6–9) suffered a 7–2 loss against the Magruder Colonels (5–10) in an offensive takeover Saturday.

The Vikes got out to a great start offensively, scoring two early runs, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Colonels’ seven consecutive runs in later innings.

The team’s next home game is against the Damascus Hornets Monday at 5:15 for their senior night.
