The 1-2 girls volleyball team faced the 9-1 Sherwood Warriors on Sept. 18th, losing 0-3 despite several close games.
In the last game, the Vikes lost 25-27 giving the Warriors the final game to claim victory. The Warriors have won the state championship three years in a row. Despite this disappointing loss, the team took the game as good practice for the highly anticipated B-CC game.
The Vikes will play the B-CC Barons Sept. 24th at home. This will be one of the most intense games they have all season so they look for lots of support from fellow Vikings.
