The girls lacrosse team fell to the 2-0 Sherwood Warriors 12-7 Mar. 23, leveling its record to an even 1-1.
The defense worked hard, and goalie Lily Blum had a commendable game with fourteen saves.
High scorers include attack Hannah Ginsky and midfield Maddie Parker, with two goals apiece.
“We definitely have the skills,” attack Elise Nichols said. “We just have to really want to win, and we can do that.”

The Vikes will travel to take on the 1-0 Clarksburg Coyotes April 5.
