Six Vikings hit the course to play nine holes in which the lowest five scores counted.  Captain Sam Pastoriza, seniors Nick West and Joe Davis, juniors Stephen Sharbaugh and Andrew Barth, and freshman Danny Mills collaborated to earn the victory.

Pastoriza shot a 38, Barth shot an impressive 37 and Mills shot a 40.  Sharbaugh ended with a total of 41, Davis with a 42 and West with a 50.  Pastoriza was pleased with the squad’s first outing.

“The team performed well in their first match and I hope we can continue to make progress throughout the season and into Districts,” Pastoriza said.
