Triangle Blog: Bryce Harper dominates in MLB

Bryce Harper is a beast, real talk. While most 19-year-olds are limping their way through college, Harper is playing in the MLB.

The Nationals called Harper up from the minors two weeks ago and he has been playing impressively since. In his MLB debut, he hit a double and hasn’t slowed down.

So far, he’s had nine hits, including six more doubles. If that’s not enough, he stole home, something many players go a whole career without doing.

This amazing start is hopefully a sign that the rest of Harper’s career will be just as successful.  Many experts say that Harper is dedicated and has placed many reachable goals for himself that will push him to succeed.

Harper and pitcher Steven Strasburg have given Nationals fans something to cheer about; the team is currently tied for first in the National League East.

Harper is about five years away from his prime, but when he gets there, watch out — it’s going to be insane.
