The girls track team defeated Blake on April 13 to improve their record to 1-4, while the boys dropped to 0-5.Junior Madeleine Entwistle placed first in the 100m dash with a time of 14.5 seconds. She continued her success in the 100m hurdles, running it in 17.3 seconds.
In the girls 4x800m relay, the team of Alexandra Phillips, Danielle Newsham, Caroline Elmendorf and Elizabeth Zeichner also took first place.
The boys had less success at the meet, but managed to do well in the longer distances. Nick Adams placed first in the mile, running it in 4:55, and Llewellyn Smith and David Bloch placed first and second respectively in the two mile. Thomas Ryba placed second in 300m hurdles.
The teams look to improve their records on April 14.
