Wrestling dominates counties, sends six to state finals

The Vikes dominated at the 4A/3A West Region Finals, taking the team trophy along with 131 points.

The Vikings celebrate their team trophy at Regionals.

Six wrestlers from Whitman will now qualify for the State Finals; Ned Daryoush (285), Bradley Taylor (171), Andrew Follman (152) and Eric Harder (130) all took first place at the competition and will advance. Senior Mike Harder (140) and Sophomore Josh Daryoush (215) still qualify for States with  their second and fourth place titles, respectively.
