Republican Senate leaders vow to prevent the appointment of a new justice
After Supreme Court Justice Scalia died on February 13th, GOP senators have made it clear that they will not confirm any nominations during an election year. Yesterday, Senate Republicans said that there will be no confirmation meeting, no vote, or even a courtesy meeting. Obama’s nominee could shift the ideological balance of the court. Shooting in Michigan raises questions on Uber security
Jason Brian Dalton, an Uber driver, randomly opened fire in Kalamazoo, Mich. this weekend. He killed six people and injured two others. None of these victims were passengers.
