Ingredients include 1 stick butter, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 bag coconut, 1 bag chocolate chips, and 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Photos by Casey Noenickx.

Prep time 10 minutes. Cook time 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 bag coconut
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Procedure

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 9×13 pan completely melt the stick of butter over a stove top. Be careful not to burn the butter, you just want it to melt.
  3. Next, add a layer of graham cracker crumbs to the pan. Feel free to use slightly more than 1/2 cup in order to put down a full layer.
  4. Add a layer of coconut. Spread evenly.
  5. Add a layer of chocolate chips. Spread evenly.
  6. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk for the last layer.
  7. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes.

These look scrumptious. I can’t wait to go home and try these out. I love to bake a nice pie sometimes and these are a tasty looking dessert treat. My mouth is watering in anticipation!
