You no longer need to head to Bethesda or D.C. to treat yourself to a delicious crepe. Here’s a simple recipe that will make enjoying this sweet treat that much easier.
Ingredients:
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
Nutella
Fruit
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl combine flour and salt.
2. Make a well in the middle of the bowl and crack the egg into it.
3. Gradually pour in the milk and mix to make a thin batter.
4. Heat a skillet, then grease it with oil.
5. Wipe out the oil with a paper towel.
6. Pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan.
7. Cook the crepe for one minute on each side.
8. Once removed from the pan, spread Nutella on the crepe and fill it with fruit.
9. Roll or fold the crepe and enjoy!
