The boys lacrosse team defeated the Northwest Jaguars, 14-1, on Apr. 2 to improve its record to 3-1.
The Vikings’ offense rebounded after a close win against Blair to put up 14 goals and dominate the possession for the entire game.
The defense also shined, only allowing three shots with goalie Colin Hains stopping a 1-1 breakaway from the Blazers’ top player.
Alex Hilsenrath and Alex Hosker led the offense and Jake Gray also added a goal to lead the Viking attack.
“It was a good game to gain confidence coming off a tough game against Blair,” Hains said. “It will give us a lot of momentum going into a huge game Friday against Wootton.”
The Vikings now take on the Wootton Patriots in one of their toughest games of the season, Fri. April 4 at home.
