The 1-0 girls tennis team started the season off strong with a 7-0 win over Magruder Colonels, Sept. 6. Each of the Vikes dominated their opponents and easily swept all seven of the matches they played.
“The win was very exciting and it was a great way to start the season, especially winning 7-0,” junior Ali Dane said.
The Vikes look to take the strong performance with them as they battle Poolesville on the road, Sept. 12.
