Boys varsity tennis had an easy opening match when they beat the Blake Bengals 8-0, Wed. March 24.
Number one singles Pablo Gottret won handily while number one doubles Adam Schefkind and Jacob Pine won 6-0, 6-4. Number three singles player Aaron Hoffman also won 6-0,6-0 and the Vikes did not lose a single match.
This was a great way to start off the season, with many similarly matched teams coming up. Still, the toughest matchups will be against Wootton and Churchill, which are at the end of April.
