Girls lacrosse dominates QO 15–6

The girls lacrosse team (2–0) took down the Quince Orchard Cougars (2–1) 15–6 Monday in a dominant offensive performance.

The Vikes exploded early to a 5–0 lead in the first half before letting in five more goals right before halftime to only lead 6–5 at the end of the half. The second half was a whole different story with the team ramping up their offense and netting in nine more goals to win the game 15–6. Goalie Jackie Shipp also played a huge part in the second half by only allowing in one goal.

Attacker Grace Nemeroff led the Vikes in scoring with four goals with attackers Faith Parker and Abby Waldvogel and midfielder Kieley O’Hara following up with two goals each.
