The hockey team (2–1–1) overtook the Walter Johnson Wildcats (1–2) with a 4–2 victory Friday.

The team came out strong with players Carter Hughes and Justin Baker scoring key goals during the first period. Through the second period, the Vikings maintained their lead with goals scored by Tyler Crist and Mark Meineke in a power play, securing their win.

Next, the Vikings take on the Quince Orchard Cougars Friday.
