There are several new running shoes that have come out for spring 2010.  Here is a look at a few of the ones that are receiving the highest reviews.

The Mizuno Wave Creation 11 is a heavy shoe that is made for neutral runners that want a long lasting, cushioned shoe.  The shoe has Mizuno’s normal “wave” technology that runs throughout the shoe and cushions the shoe through rebounded energy from the runner’s initial impact.   The shoe retails for $135.00.

The Asics DS Trainer 15 has been in the line for a decade and a half now.  The shoe has been a mainstay in the Asics moderate support line.  The shoe is a very flexible, light trainer that is designed for someone that has a very slight bit of over pronation.  There have been a few complaints that the tongue of the shoe is a little long, but that was the only negative feedback.  The shoe retails for $110.

The newest version of the Nike Structure Triax is a shoe that is best for moderate to heavy over pronators.  The shoe has decreased greatly in weight from the last version.  The amount of duomax has been increased.  This shoe is a great option for heel strikers, as it transitions very easily from heel to toe.  The shoe retails for $100.00.
