The tennis team defeated its opponents, 2-0, in the fourth round of the regional tournament Nov. 3.
Following its undefeated season, The Vikes sent two teams to the regional finals. Both Nicole Welch and Nicky Gotrett and Kamilla Beisonova and Hannah Stahl advanced to the fourth round of the tournament.
Welch and Gotrett dominated the BCC Barons, winning easily 6-2, 6-0. Beisenova and Stahl defeated the second seed Walter Johnson Wildcats in a tight match, 4-6, 6-0, 6-3.
The team will compete in the finals Nov. 4.
