Girls volleyball picked up their first win in a 3-0 home victory over the Seneca Valley Screaming Eagles Sept. 7, raising their record to 1-1.

The Vikes began the match well thanks to dominant play by middle blockers Catherine Benz and Paulina Levy and setter Maddie Craig. The team never relinquished lead, winning the match three straight games.
The girls said they credit their communication for the win.
The team will travel to BCC Sept. 15 in hopes of increasing their record against the 0-2 Barons.
