The baseball team beat the Churchill Bulldogs 12-3 on April 29, improving its record to 8-3.
The Vikes dominated the game from the start thanks to centerfielder James Dionne’s home run on the first at-bat of the game.
Combined with exceptional pitching from Michael Flack, who allowed only three runs, and another homerun from outfielder Michael Yang in the fourth inning, the Vikes controlled the game, giving them their eighth win of the season.
“We played really good defense,” Yang said. “And we were able to make good contact at bat.”
