Girls lacrosse falls to Sherwood 10–11

The girls lacrosse team (10–1) ended their undefeated streak Tuesday in a nail biting 10–11 double overtime loss Tuesday against the Sherwood Warriors.

The team led by one goal at the half, but the Warriors fought back in the second half, making the score tied 10–10 at the end of regulation. After a scoreless first overtime, the game was sent into sudden death, and the Warriors scored first, putting them on top.

The squad’s last regular season game is Wednesday at 5:30pm against the Damascus Hornets.
