Field hockey

The field hockey team (3–2) fell to the Walter Johnson Wildcats 3–2 in a crosstown matchup.

The Wildcats offense was able to crack the Vikes’ defense for the first time this year, as the squad surrender more goals than any previous game. Forwards Zara Memon and Claire Hisle led the Viking attack, but came up just short in the loss.

The Vikes’ next game is Wednesday against Richard Montgomery.
