Georgetown sophomore Danny Miltzman speaks at Whitman’s graduation ceremony in 2012. Miltzman was charged in March for posession of more than 120mg of the chemical toxin ricin.

Milzman was first arrested in March on suspicion of making the deadly substance known as ricin in his dorm room at Georgetown University, where he was a sophomore. It was unclear for what he was intending to use the substance or whether he was going to use it at all.

Milzman graduated from Whitman in 2012, where he was involved in the varsity hockey and Quiz Bowl teams.

Milzman could face between 366 days to two years in prison.
