The co-ed volleyball team (4–3) took down the Walter Johnson Wildcats (2–4) 3–2 Monday.

The Vikes jumped out to an aggressive, energetic start, defeating the Wildcats in the first two sets. During the next two sets, the Wildcats responded with strong serves and took advantage of the Vikes’ communication errors to win two sets in a row.

In the fifth set, the Vikes dominated for a score of 15–2 to win the game. Libero Gianni Rasetto and outside hitter Lauren Oppenheim had standout performances that contributed to the Vikes’ win.
