The girls basketball team beat the Walter Johnson Wildcats 64-28, January 7, imropoving their record to 7-2.
The Wildcats never came within ten points of the Vikes, who dominated the court throughout the game .
“It was definitely our best game so far,” Coach Pete Kenah said.
Swing forward Susan Russel scored 13 points, while sophomore Angela Ceccone and junior Whitney Kolakowski both had double-doubles. Senior Caroline Kahlenberg, helped lead the team, with two turnarounds and plenty of assists.
The Lady Vikes go on the play rival Bethesda Chevy Chase high school on January 8.
