Boys basketball improves to 3-1

Boys basketball crushed the Einstein Titans 79-45,  Dec 15.

The boys outplayed  the Titans throughout the game, beating them with a season high in both points and margin of victory.  Up by only 2 points in the second quarter, it took awhile for the boys to wake up.

Guard Demetrius Cook was the game’s top scorer with 19 points and  to avoid fouling out,  the team’s leading scorer, forward Charlie Waugh, came out of the game second quarter.  Compensating for Waugh’s absence, the bench stepped it up, helping the Vikes to seal the win.

They outscored the Titans by 18 points the second quarter and never looked back.  It was a high scoring game for the boys who hope to carry this success over to their next game against Richard Montgomery on Dec 17.
