The hockey team (0–1–1) tied the Churchill Bulldogs (1–0–1) 4–4 Friday.

The Bulldogs started out the game strong, scoring twice in the first quarter. But as the game progressed, the score went back and forth between the two teams. Finally in a power play during the last few minutes, the Vikings put in two vital goals, ending the game in a tie.

The goals were scored by Mark Meinecke, Samuel Dexter and Tiger Bjornlund.

Next, the Vikes take on the Walter Johnson Wildcats Friday.
