This Friday marks the first day of Passover, which is a Jewish holiday that celebrates the Exodus of the Jewish people from their slavery in Egypt over 3,000 years ago. The Jewish people left Egypt in a hurry and had no time to wait for the bread they were baking to rise. The result: baked, flat bread—Matzoh—is eaten on Passover today. Since Jews aren’t allowed to eat any leavened bread for these seven days, Bdubbs Bakes has some tasty desserts to help spice up these crackers.
