The scoring began when Zach Snyder kicked a 37-yard field goal in the second quarter, putting the Vikes up 3-0. Neither team was able to pull away in the first half and the score remained 3-0 at halftime.

The team was led by running back Zac Morton, who carried the ball 24 times for 212 yards and scored two touchdowns. Although quarterback Kevin McGowan struggled to complete passes, he scored a touchdown as well.
The Vikes immediately took control after halftime as Morton scored touchdown after touchdown for the Vikes. The team’s defense stayed strong and held Blair to just six points in the second half.

The team looks to add another win to its record when it takes on the 7-0 Damascus Hornets Oct. 18 on senior night.
